Officer Randy Melton, (ret)

has taken in-service training for 32 years.  He knows how boring some in-service training can be.  For this reason he makes the training anything but boring.  He has 15 years of experience in training law enforcement personnel.  For this reason his training style has been called informative, interesting and captivating.    His  training has brought him several police chief commendations many local and state awards.  He has even been awarded a national ward for his teaching ability among officers from around the country.  He receives a 98% excellent rating from fellow law enforcement officers.

    Cost: $ 800.00 plus expenses

        

2.  Deaf/Hard of Hearing Individuals, Interpreters and Captioners:

    2-hour workshop  "Deaf/Hard of Hearing Understanding the Law Enforcement Culture" 

    Cost: $ 600.00 plus expenses
